I offer the following services:
Individual Therapy
I am fluent in Afrikaans and English and conduct therapy in both languages. I work with adults and older adolescents (18+) on an individual basis. I work with a variety of concerns that have a negative impact on an individual’s well-being, including:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Bereavement / Grief / Loss
- Chronic illness
- Stress / Burnout / Lifestyle issues
- Personal Growth
- Career and professional concerns
- Adjustment during and after Divorce
- Adjustment to new circumstances (medical diagnosis, family changes etc)
- Support during significant life events (Retrenchment; Retirement)
Training and Information sessions
Information empowers. I enjoy facilitating workshops and information sessions on topics like:
- Self-Motivation
- Self-Confidence
- Emotional Intelligence
- Assertivenes
- Depression, anxiety and bereavement
- Stress and burnout
Coaching
As I worked in a corporate environment for nearly a decade, I’m very familiar with work-related stressors and feel passionate about supporting managers and leaders to develop themselves and their interpersonal skills. I also coached and trained entrepreneurs for a few years. Life- and Business Coaching can be helpful:
- For personal development;
- To improve self-esteem;
- For achieving goals;
- To improve work relationships.

Fees
With regards to individual sessions, I claim from most medical aids and apply for PMB where applicable. Unfortunately no cash/private patients at this time.
Patients with a Medical Aid
My fees are structured in accordance with Medical Aid tariffs. Electronic claims are submitted. It’s the patient’s responsibility to ensure that funds are available and that their plan makes provision for psychotherapy sessions.
Private Patients
Unfortunately I am not taking on private patients at this time.
Assessments
Assessments are charged on duration, but may carry the additional charge of any testing material that is required, a fee for scoring, report writing and feedback.
